Job summary

A.O. Smith in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead QA activities ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

You will supervise Quality Technicians/Analysts, coordinate with production and other departments, and drive corrective actions through audits and data analysis. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years in Quality with 2-3 years in leadership, plus knowledge of ISO 9000 and SAP-QM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, technical or Quality Related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality.
• 2-3 years of Supervisory/Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality Technicians/Analysts, setting daily priorities and coordinating with other departments.
• Implements and enforces a quality program to ensure conformity of purchased material and final products to quality standards.
• Compiles and maintains inspection reports and records, including corrective action.
