Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, chemistry, QA or related field.
• 5+ years QA experience in food manufacturing; leading QA projects or teams preferred.
• 7+ years QA supervisory experience or managing GFSI audits may substitute degree.
• Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, microbiological and sanitation concepts.
• Experience with regulatory concepts (Kosher, Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten Free).

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA and food safety compliance for 3rd shift operations.
• Supervise QA technicians and enforce quality standards.
• Verify process controls, metal detector checks, and allergen changeovers.
• Review batch records and quality documentation for accuracy.
• Prepare shift reports and CAPA summaries; support continuous improvement.
