Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 1+ year QA experience in food, feed, agriculture manufacturing, or related science.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work strategically while hands-on on the manufacturing floor.
• Attention to detail, organization and integrity.
• Preferred: 2+ years QA in food/feed manufacturing and knowledge of FDA, HACCP, and QMS.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain site quality programs and the QMS.

• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions and CI projects.
• Help implement updated policies as regulations change.

Quality Assurance Supervisor

What You’ll Do

• Support and maintain site quality programs and the Quality Management System (QMS).

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 1+ year of progressive QA experience in food, feed, agriculture, manufacturing, or a related science field; or qualifying Land O’Lakes rotational program experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and integrity.
• Preferred: 2+ years of QA experience in food/feed manufacturing, supervisory or regulatory experience, and knowledge of FDA requirements, HACCP, and quality management systems.
