Alinabal, Inc. in Milford, CT is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support quality initiatives and ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements.

You will work with production, engineering, and supply chain to identify quality concerns and drive continuous improvement across materials, processes, and finished goods. The role requires 1–3 years in quality or manufacturing support, familiarity with inspection tools, and the ability to read drawings.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in a quality, inspection, or manufacturing support role.
• Basic understanding of inspection tools and techniques (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 systems a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.
• Effective communicator and team player with a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office or quality systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Document findings clearly and accurately.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions under the guidance of the Quality Manager or Director.
• Maintain quality records and follow established procedures in accordance with quality system requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product flow and promote quality throughout production.
• Assist in supplier quality checks and help monitor vendor conformance when needed.
• Help prepare for internal and external audits and support follow-up activities.
• FAI reviews and approval
• DQR activities for customers
• Owner of FAI metric and SME
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Quality.
