Job summary

Woodland Gourmet is seeking a QA Specialist I (3rd Shift) to support quality assurance processes, monitor product quality, and assist in regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet quality goals.

The position requires a High School diploma and strong skills in troubleshooting, data analysis, and documentation. It offers competitive pay and benefits, with potential for overtime and weekend hours in a manufacturing

Qualifications

High School diploma required.
Troubleshooting, data analysis and investigative skills essential.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent report writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Collect and archive library samples from Receiving department.
Conduct quality and food safety audits individually or as part of a team.
Ensure proper labeling and paperwork for inbound products.
Perform equipment cleaning and ATP swabbing after sanitation processes.
Ensure allergen compliance on production lines.
Evaluate product samples at receiving considering appearance, moisture, and ingredients.
