Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Quality professional to provide regulatory risk assessment and quality oversight across products and processes. You will contribute to ensuring cGMP compliance and drive continuous improvement within a global operation.

The role emphasizes SOP development, internal audits, training of staff, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A strong foundation in quality systems and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Degree in engineering or science preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail are necessary.
• Must be a strong team player with good problem solving and communication skills.
• Must have the ability to manage people, encourage teamwork and drive decisions.
• Familiarity with FDA Regulations, Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess regulatory and quality risks in activities and processes according to regulatory agency rules and Baxter quality practices.
• Leads ongoing, daily departmental operations.
• May include supervision of assigned personnel in achieving defined quality goals.
• Interview/hire, evaluate, train and develop direct reports.
• Perform in-depth internal assessments and evaluations by collecting and analyzing evidence regarding risks.
• Determine the adequacy and effectiveness of processes and systems.
