The Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) supports the Project Quality Assurance Manager and Project Quality Manager in implementing the District Quality Management System (QMS) and project‑specific Quality Procedures. This role plays a key part in conducting routine project audits and assessments, producing and organizing compliance documentation, and ensuring the QMS is consistently and effectively executed. Experience supporting data center construction and a strong understanding of electrical systems is highly preferred. This includes familiarity with major MEP components such as switchgear, UPS systems, generators, medium voltage, fiber and other critical infrastructure typical of mission‑critical environments. As a QAS, you bring a commitment to top‑tier quality, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. This position will start in either Santa Teresa NM or Abilene, TX. Candidates must be open to relocating as needed. We relocate our teams based on the work that is available, combined with the development plans, skill sets and career goals of each team member.
