Novartis in Durham, NC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist, Batch Disposition to lead batch review and disposition activities, ensuring GMP compliance and timely product release in collaboration with Manufacturing and Quality teams.
The role requires a bachelor’s in a scientific field and at least five years in GMP batch disposition or QA, with experience in deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and FDA inspections.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, Batch Disposition, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, compliance, and timely release of clinical and commercial products. Working at the intersection of Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations, you will lead batch review and disposition activities, provide GMP oversight, and help maintain the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. This is an opportunity to make meaningful contributions to product release decisions while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The salary for this position is expected to range between $43.00 and $80.00 per hour
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
