Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Quality Assurance professional to lead and support QMS elements within our distribution center, performing inspections and guiding inbound processes.

This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, deliver training, and help sustain regulatory compliance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in quality and/or regulatory roles within a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Medical device industry experience is a plus.
• Professional certification in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or Lean Six Sigma preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and support inbound processes.
• Ability to identify procedural gaps and deliver training.
• Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• May need to lift up to 25 pounds.
• May be required to wear PPE.
• Clear and effective communication with stakeholders across multiple levels, socio-geographic areas, and functional expertise.
• Consistently meet company standards, ethics, and compliance requirements.
