Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to help ensure installed and constructed work meets standards. You will conduct post-installation and final inspections, identify quality issues, and work with field teams to maintain compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, an associate degree or equivalent work background, and a strong understanding of telecom construction standards.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience required.
• Quality control experience preferred in telecom/construction.
• Knowledge of installation and documentation standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections after installation to ensure work meets plans and specifications.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Identify issues and report to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until resolved.
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call duties as needed in all weather conditions.

You’ll conduct post-installation and final inspections, identify and document quality issues, follow up on corrective actions, and work closely with field teams to maintain compliance and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct quality inspections after the installation process to ensure work meets plans and specifications
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards
• Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until they are resolved
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, and perform duties in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Valid State driver\'s license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
• One year of relevant work experience

Additional Qualifications

• Quality control experience preferred
• Associate’s Degree in an industry-related field or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication construction industry standard practices
• Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations, operate vehicle, squeeze, bend, stoop, stand, walking, climb stairs, use keyboard and mouse
• Occasionally: work at heights, use ladder, lift greater than 55 pounds
