Job summary

ACER SYNERGY MANAGEMENT AMERICA CORPORATION is seeking a QA/QC Field Inspector for a semiconductor construction project in Scottsdale, AZ. You will perform daily inspections of Electrical, Low Voltage, and Fire Alarm work, ensuring conformance to drawings and specs, and document QA/QC records on site.

The role requires at least 2 years of field inspection experience, strong communication, and the ability to work on an active construction site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily field quality inspections for Electrical, Low Voltage, and Fire Alarm installation work.
• Verify that installation work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality requirements.
• Complete inspection checklists, QA/QC reports, and related quality documentation.
• Identify non-conforming work and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support NCR, Punch List, ITP, inspection requests, and project closeout documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, Safety personnel, subcontractors, and client representatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of construction, field inspection, electrical, low-voltage, fire alarm, or QA/QC-related experience.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of construction quality inspection and documentation.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in an active construction site environment.

Certifications / Preferred Qualifications

Preferred:

• OSHA 10 Construction

Highly Preferred:

• OSHA 30 Construction
• NICET Fire Alarm Systems Level I or Level II

Additional Plus:

• ICC Inspector Certification
• ASQ or other QA/QC-related certification
• Knowledge of NFPA 72 and NEC requirements
• Electrical or Low Voltage-related license/certification
• Semiconductor or high-tech construction project experience
