We are hiring a Quality Assurance Technician near Fullerton, PA, for a company committed to setting industry standards for quality and safety. Position Details:
  • Position Type: Temp to Hire
  • Pay Rate: $22.00+/hr (Depending on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct acceptable quality level (AQL) inspections of finished products to identify defects, leaks, and particles.
  • Perform batch record reviews to ensure compliance with Drug Master File (DMF) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Collaborate with the Lead to investigate non-conformances, process deviations, and product complaints; assist with corrective actions and product dispositions.
  • Oversee site-wide quality compliance, including document reviews, label control, and release activities.
  • Execute document review for compounding activities like cleaning records, destruction logs, line clearance forms, and raw material forms.
  • Perform incoming raw material sampling, inspection, and release for operations, ensuring all materials meet specifications.
  • Inspect and release pre-printed labels for batch production labeling.
  • Support the equipment calibration program and maintain record files.
  • Assist with the environmental monitoring program and maintain clean room standards.
  • Contribute to product investigations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) for compounded preparations and sterile products.
  • Execute additional quality-related tasks as required by the Quality Lead.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; higher education is a plus.
