Job summary

SynQor is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to support SMT, Through Hole, and Systems Integration processes. The role conducts product quality control inspections and process audits using microscopes, assembly drawings, and gauges to ensure compliance with SynQor specifications and external standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting in-process and finished PCB assemblies (SMT and THT) to IPC-A-610 Class 2 and Class 3 accept criteria, supporting Quality & Reliability and Production teams,

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years electronic assembly inspection experience.
  • Familiarity with IPC-A-610 Class 2 & Class 3 inspection criteria.
  • Certification preferred for IPC-A-610.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to read and communicate in English.

The Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector will provide support to the SMT, Through Hole, and Systems Integration processes. The QA Inspector will perform product quality control inspections and process audits using microscopes, assembly drawings, and gauges to assure compliance to both SynQor's and external specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect in-process and finished assemblies including SMT and THT printed circuit board assemblies and system assemblies to determine acceptability based on IPC-A-610 Class 2 and Class 3 and SynQor internal workmanship standards and specifications.
  • Perform other duties related to product quality as deemed necessary to support the Quality & Reliability and Production Process teams.
Required skills and experience:
  • Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 Class 2 & Class 3 standards. Certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with IPC-A-620 and J-STD-001 inspection criteria.
  • Minimum of 3 years electronic assembly inspection experience is desired.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to read & communicate in English
