Oasis / Coding Review Specialist

COMPENSATION:$28.85-$31.25/hr DOE

STATUS:Full‑Time, W2 Employee

LOCATION: Tucson, AZ or Omaha, NE (2 days in office and 3 days remote)

What You’ll Do

• Review clinical charts to confirm alignment with internal standards, state/federal regulations, and payor requirements
• Identify trends, support quality improvement initiatives, and track follow-through
• Coach and train clinicians on documentation best practices and compliance expectations
• Partner with Quality leadership and cross‑functional teams to support timely reporting and corrective actions

Qualifications

Required qualifications/skills:

• LPN, RN, PT, or PTA; HCS-D and COS-C or HCS-O required
• 1+ year home health/hospice/related clinical experience; strong documentation review capability
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality methodology, and payor rules
• Clear communication, high attention to detail, independent work style, deadline focus
