Commando is looking for a detail-oriented Product Quality Specialist to help ensure our products meet our quality standards from pre-production through finished goods. The role supports both domestic and international production and works closely with vendors, internal teams, and third-party inspection partners.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and has a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a training-friendly environment.
• Experience in quality assurance or apparel manufacturing is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Coordinate third-party inspections with QIMA, SGS, and other partners and review reports.
• Manage in-house wear testing, including coordination, tracking, and reviews.
• Identify quality concerns and communicate findings to relevant teams and vendors.
• Review and approve bulk materials prior to shipment and TOP samples.
