Job summary

Astemo Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to develop and maintain Quality Systems across HIAMS/AM sites. You will drive SPC, FMEA, and KAIZEN initiatives while training staff and supporting cross-functional teams.

The role includes supplier development, customer interaction, and rigorous data reporting to improve quality metrics across multiple sites. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3+ years of related experience, and Six Sigma certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to read engineering specifications, manuals, and drawings; use precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Quality Systems.
• Facilitate root cause analysis.
• Assist in supplier development.
• Visit customers as needed to meet satisfaction.
• MIR and QIR disposition.
