Qualifications

• 8+ years in project-level QA and/or oversight services for enterprise systems.
• 10+ years managing pre-implementation and implementation for enterprise systems.
• 2+ years IV&V experience for enterprise system implementations.

• Expert knowledge of WA OCIO IT standards and PMBOK guidelines.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in performing project-level QA and/or independent project oversight services for enterprise system implementations as defined in Appendix 1
• Minimum of ten (10) years of total experience managing pre-implementation planning, system implementation, performing project-level QA, performing IV&V or performing independent project oversight on enterprise systems projects as defined in

Desired Skills

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience performing IV&V for enterprise system implementations as defined in Appendix 1.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with managing pre-implementation planning, system implementation, performing project-level QA, performing IV&V, or performing independent project oversight for tolling customer service center systems
• A valid project management certificate issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Expert knowledge of WA State Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) IT standards, policies and guidelines.
• Expert knowledge of the IT Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards and guidelines along with system implementation best practices and procedures
