Job summary

Trinchero Family Estates is seeking a dedicated QA/Packaging Associate to ensure finished goods meet strict specifications and quality standards. You will perform routine audits on bottling lines, test packaging, and maintain precise data across SAP, LIMS, and Red Zone, while upholding SQF and GMP requirements.

Applicants should have a science background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team under production pressures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science preferred.
• Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and other team members.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking; personal accountability.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing production pressures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine bottling line audits and packaging tests.
• Maintain accurate records of data in SAP, LIMS, Red Zone.
• Adhere to SQF Food Safety and Food Quality requirements.
• Perform GMP compliance audits throughout the winery.
• Verify incoming packaging materials for compliance to specifications.
• Verify line sanitation and inspection equipment prior to start-up.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
