Job summary

Job description

We are seeking an FSQA Supervisor to support food safety and quality assurance programs at a food manufacturing facility in Stockton, California. This role helps maintain audit readiness and works closely with production teams to ensure that products consistently meet established quality and safety standards.ScheduleSunday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Monday through Thursday: Noon to 9:00 p.m.One-hour lunch breakFriday and Saturday offResponsibilitiesSupport daily food safety and quality assurance activities on the production floor.Provide guidance to quality personnel and partner with production teams to address quality concerns.Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation practices, and quality procedures.Review quality records and maintain accurate documentation.Investigate nonconformances and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.Assist with internal audits, external audits, and inspection readiness.Help train employees on food safety and quality requirements.QualificationsAt least two years of relevant quality assurance or quality control experience, or demonstrated leadership experience in a relevant quality role.Experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical manufacturing.Strong understanding of quality systems, GMPs, documentation, and corrective actions.SQF experience is highly valued; BRC/BRCGS experience is a plus, but not required.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work the Sunday through Thursday schedule.Candidates with strong pharmaceutical quality experience and transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
