Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Manager of Quality Assurance in the US to lead QA staff, oversee audits and inspections, and ensure compliance with GxP. The role emphasizes risk-based QA planning, staff development, and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a life-science field, at least 5 years in QA with 2+ years in supervision, and in-depth knowledge of GMP/GLP/GCP guidelines. On-site role with a collaborative, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant science field and pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of GxP, regulatory guidelines (GMP/GLP/GCP) and inspections is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA staff, manage workload, and ensure timely QA activities.
• Coach, give performance feedback, and support staff development.
