Job summary

Doist in Grinnell, IA is seeking a Quality/Food Safety Manager to lead all aspects of food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance at our plant. You will serve as the primary resource for food safety and will report directly to the Director of Food Safety & Quality.

The role requires coordinating with regulatory personnel such as onsite USDA/FSIS inspectors, ensuring compliance, audits, and continuous improvement while supporting production teams.

The Quality/Food Safety Manager is responsible for providing leadership in all areas of food safety, quality/quality systems, and regulatory compliance. The Quality/Food Safety Manager is a key liaison for regulatory personnel including onsite USDA/FSIS inspectors. This position serves as a food safety resource for all plant personnel and reports directly to the Director of Food Safety & Quality.
