• Lead and oversee the quality assurance program across all production stages.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and Food Safety standards.
• Conduct internal audits and resolve product quality issues.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and oversee corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product quality issues promptly.
• Maintain updated documentation, retention samples, and certificates of analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic alignment of QA efforts.
• Coach and develop QA Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer complaint resolution.
• Work flexible shifts as needed to ensure quality standards are maintained.
