If you're someone who sees quality as a competitive advantage—not just a compliance function—we'd like to meet you.
As our Quality Manager, you'll lead our AS9100D/ISO 9001 Quality Management System while working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You ask questions before giving answers. You enjoy bringing people together to solve problems. You see quality as a business partner, not a gatekeeper. You believe the best solutions come from collaboration between Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Quality. You use data to make decisions but understand that relationships drive lasting improvement. Most importantly, you're energized by helping an organization become better every day.
You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our products, our customers, and our people. You'll work with an experienced leadership team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. If you're looking for a role where your expertise is respected, your ideas are welcomed, and your leadership can shape the future of our business, we'd love to hear from you.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline preferred. Equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible quality management experience will be considered.
