Job summary

PrideNow is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in a 24/7 dairy manufacturing environment. You will oversee QA operations, laboratory activities, audits, and product quality programs to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing/dairy, including at least 5 years in management or senior supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMP, microbiology, sanitation, food safety, audits, and quality systems; HACCP/SQF/PQCI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA, food safety, laboratory, sanitation, audit, CAPA, and product disposition activities.
• Maintain and implement HACCP, SQF, GMP, Food Defense, PMO, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Monitor QA metrics/KPIs, conduct audits and inspections, manage complaints and recalls, and drive continuous improvement.
