Spherion Staffing, LLC seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead food safety, QA, laboratory operations, and sanitation in a growing food manufacturing environment in Albert Lea, MN.

This leadership role reports to the Director of Quality and offers a salary of $85,000–$110,000 per year with comprehensive benefits on a direct-hire basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role within food manufacturing.
• HACCP and PCQI certifications are required.
• Experience with filter mat and tower spray drying is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality assurance, food safety, and sanitation programs for the spray drying and antioxidant production lines; lead plant compliance efforts; manage the QA laboratory.
• Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory and customer audits.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Quality Manager to lead food safety, quality assurance, laboratory operations, and sanitation programs within a growing food manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and industry standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the facility.

• Bachelors inFood Science, Microbiology, or a related field (or eqivalent experience)
