Bright Innovation Labs is seeking a quality assurance inspector to ensure production meets GMP standards and customer specifications. You will inspect, sample, and test finished goods, record results, and escalate any nonconformities.
This full‑time, day shift role requires attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing environment. Prior QA experience and a GED or high school diploma are required.
Inspect, sample and test to ensure that quality standards for production are being met to Customer and/or Bright Innovation Labs specifications using GMP's. Maintain quality standards by adhering and upholding programs to safeguard product safety and quality.

Shift Time: 7:00am-3:30pm
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Bilingual a plus.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit; and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
