Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Mississippi to lead the site Quality Management System and ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and industry standards.

You will drive strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-department collaboration to improve processes and performance. Qualified candidates bring 4+ years in quality management, experience with APQP/ISO audits, and strong technical writing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment using APQP or similar structured quality systems.
• Experience with ISO or equivalent auditing standards.
• OEM experience a plus.
• Strong background in technical writing, procedure development, and quality documentation.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or machining is a plus.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the QMS to support consistent quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage core quality tools including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and related documentation.
• Drive risk-based thinking, preventive actions, and root cause analysis for issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate QMS documentation, records, and performance reporting.
• Support product and process validation, inspection methods, and supplier quality activities.
