Job summary

ManTech is seeking motivated Quality Analysts to join our defense-focused team in Oahu, Hawaii and Dallas, Texas. You will validate quality metrics, oversee quality gates, and help implement Compliance Frameworks for complex operational programs.

Senior roles require 10+ years in related fields and a track record of leading process evaluation teams; midlevel roles require 3+ years and the ability to draft technical documentation. Active Secret Clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior level requires a bachelor's in a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in formal document approval, quality gate oversight, and leading process evaluation teams.
• Midlevel requires a bachelor's and 3+ years of experience; ability to draft technical quality docs and maintain metrics.

Responsibilities

• Validate quality metrics and approve project-level Quality Management Plans.
• Approve internal audit schedules and mitigate identified deficiencies.
• Provide guidance on Compliance Frameworks and lead cross-functional reviews.
• Validate performance compliance matrices and authorize QC checks for distribution nodes and facilities.
• Approve QA gates for Host Nation training materials and platform maintenance protocols.
• Lead evaluations of supply chain tracking data and authorize risk-mitigation measures.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
