Job summary

Digipulse Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead for a hybrid role in Lincoln, Nebraska. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QA automation experience with Visual Studio, C#, and Selenium WebDriver, and will lead a QA team both in manual and automated testing.

You will develop automated test scripts, perform API testing with Postman, and ensure QA processes align with project standards. Strong communication and onsite availability are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA team in both manual and automated testing.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation framework using C#, Selenium, and Visual Studio.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts; perform API testing with Postman.
• Document QA processes, analyze results, and ensure adherence to QA standards.
• Collaborate with software development team to ensure quality from planning through release.

Quality Assurance Lead (Hybrid)

Location-Lincoln Nebraska

Local candidates preferred for hybrid. Must be local or willing to relocate.

Requirements:

• Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science orTechnical degree in Computer Science/Software Development(or equivalent combination of education and minimum 5+ year’s QA automation experience).
• Minimum 5 years of QA automation experience and highly skilled at Visual Studio, C# and Selenium WebDriver.
• Must possess experience with the following activities:
  • Leading and training QA team in manual and automation testing
  • Experience testing and writing automated test scripts for applications using Visual Studio, C# and Selenium WebDriver
  • Experience with Postman API testing
  • Perform analysis and document QA process flows
  • Use best practices and QA standards for a project
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Explore and gain a thorough understanding of the business
  • Work as part of a software development team in the testing of projects
  • Experience with Visual Studio GIT source control
  • Experience with .NET entity framework
  • Experiences with MVC and MVP
  • Experience with XML and XSD Schemas (Altova XMLSpy or oXygen XML Developer is a plus)
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, front end development.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Working knowledge of test management software. Familiarity with Agile frameworks, Visual Studio using C# and Selenium WebDriver to design automation framework to develop/execute test cases. DevOps and regression testing is a plus. A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude. Strong organizational skills. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. Ability to execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
