Job summary

Legacy Talent Search in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Quality Assurance Lab Tech for the 3rd shift to ensure raw materials, in‑process products, and finished goods meet strict quality standards. You will perform routine QA testing, collect and analyze samples, record results, and calibrate equipment to maintain accuracy and safety.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior QA/lab testing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform testing procedures with accurate documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QA testing on materials and products to ensure quality standards.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze samples using established lab methods.
• Record results and maintain quality records; calibrate equipment as needed.
• Monitor processes for deviations and report quality concerns.
• Follow HACCP, GMP, and safety protocols; maintain a clean lab environment.
• Assist investigations and support corrective actions as required.
• Communicate results to production teams and supervisors.
