BuggyBusters in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to safeguard the quality of merchandise as it moves through our processing area. You will inspect items, review returns, and report findings to the Processing Supervisor and team to prevent defects from reaching customers.

This full-time, hourly role requires attention to detail, the ability to stand for long shifts, and the stamina to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent quality standards.
• Clear communication of quality issues with the team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Prior QA, inspection, or retail/warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect items in-process against quality standards.
• Review customer returns to identify causes.
• Report defects and mis-grades to leadership.
• Log issues and track trends to drive improvements.
• Maintain QA checklists and grading criteria.
• Support team with corrective actions and coaching.
