Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in steel fabrication or relevant industry.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a quality role.
• Previous experience in an ISO quality system.
• Understanding of quality systems and processes, including root cause analysis.
• Ability to identify process issues and offer solutions.
• Ability to identify manufacturing issues and offer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products at various stages of production to ensure shop floor quality checks are complete.
• Input information into QC software.
• Ensure all in-process inspection documentation is signed and in order.
• Discuss quality issues with production leads and supervisors to resolve issues.
• Participates in root cause analysis.
• Prepares and analyzes incident reports.
• Participates in quality related training programs.
• Prepare internal audits.
