The role covers incoming, in-process, and final inspections at multiple facilities, emphasizing precision, documentation, and adherence to specifications. You will perform visual tests, coordinate measurements, read blueprints, and help calibrate equipment while communicating findings to supervisors and engineering.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; mathematics emphasis preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Quality Engineering background encouraged to apply.
• Completion of related vocational certificate a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine visual inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Tests, inspects, and approves materials and components based on specs.
• Maintains quality records including Non-Conforming Material database.
• Interprets blueprint dimensions and tolerances.
• Conducts set-up, in-process, and final inspections across departments.
• Assists in calibration and troubleshooting of measuring equipment.
