Job summary

Arvato is seeking a quality inspector to ensure accuracy and timeliness of assemblies and inspections. You will combine process knowledge with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting, persisting to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include meeting daily inspection goals, recording results, handling non-conforming material, and ensuring traceability and final production conformance with customer specs. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Experience in quality inspection and/or quality control.
• General knowledge of computer operation and data input.
• Detail oriented with strong attention to process details.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily quality inspections goals per program.
• Accurately perform work and complete it in a timely manner.
• Record inspection information and results on inspection forms.
• Assist with controlling, documenting and disposition of non-conforming material.
• Ensure correct materials and documents are used.
• Ensure final production meets customer specifications.
• Annotate documentation to ensure traceability of inspection process.
• Perform batch record review and coordinate issues with Lead or area Manager.
• Adhere to Quality Policy and participate in the Quality Management System.
• Data entry when required.
