Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a QA/QC Inspector I to verify products meet specifications across QA inspections. The role is on-site at our Timonium distribution center with a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM schedule and routine overtime.

You will inspect melt-blown media, sub-assemblies and finished cartridges, support extrusion and assembly through testing and nonconformance management, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/13485 and company quality documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two (2) years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment operating under ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure melt‑blown filter media, sub‑assemblies, and finished cartridges meet internal specifications, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Support extrusion, assembly, and finishing operations through timely inspection, testing, and nonconformance management. Protect product integrity by maintaining compliance with the site Quality Management System (ISO / regulated manufacturing environment).
• Perform final inspection of finished products in accordance with approved specifications, inspection procedures, sampling plans, and quality documentation, verify that finished products meet visual, functional, and performance requirements prior to release. Inspect product characteristics related to integrity, sealing, leak prevention, and overall compliance to ensure product is acceptable for shipment to the customer.
