Job summary

Kelvion is seeking an Inspector to test and inspect products at Receiving, compiling data to assure quality and reliability. You will review MTRs, perform dimensional and visual tests, and document results consistent with established criteria.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, knowledge of welding codes, and NDT/ PMI exposure. On-site work with potential forklift operation and collaboration across Manufacturing, Purchasing and Engineering.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ISO 9001 environment preferred.
• NDT certification preferred; PMI experience desirable.
• Forklift experience is a plus; calibration of tools valued.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspection and test activities per quality plans and specs.
• Review MTRs for compliance to code and customer specs.
• Perform dimensional/visual inspection of incoming materials.
• Record results clearly showing pass/fail per criteria.
• Handle nonconforming product per work instructions and procedures.
• Read engineering drawings and customer specs; interface with teams.
