ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join the client’s Quality Assurance team in Bothell, WA.

You will perform inspections and tests to verify material and product conformity, document quality issues, and support root cause analysis with cross-functional teams. This on-site role emphasizes attention to detail, collaboration with production, engineering and supply chain, and maintaining calibration of testing equipment while helping update QC procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience/training required.
• 0-2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles.
• Knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, GMP).
• Proficiency in inspection tools and measurement techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications
• Document and report quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related problems
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and tools according to standards
• Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and documentation
