Job summary

Millenniumsoft Inc is seeking an entry level Quality Assurance Inspector in San Jose, CA for a 12‑month contract on W2, 40 hours/week, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Pay rate ranges from $20 to $25 per hour.

The role supports reagent and instrument inspection under GMP, within a medical device setting. Responsibilities include learning the inspection process, release of materials, and maintaining reagent storage while ensuring compliance with GMP/ISO 9000 standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn the inspection process for reagents, raw materials and final products.
• Inspect and release reagents final products and raw materials.
• Inspect and release instruments and packaged instruments.
• Maintain storage of Reagent Retains.
• Assist Final Product Release team with quality review and inspection of all final product and some lower-level components and raw materials.

Reagents

• Maintain storage of Reagent Retains.
• The Final Product Release team is responsible for quality review and inspection of all final product and for some lower-level components and raw materials.
• This team functions as a primary service provider to Reagent and Instrument Operations.

Position Requirements

• Experience in performing the duties/responsibilities described above.
• Must have a strong attention to detail & ability to follow procedures, and good oral and written communication skills.
• Have a very good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
