The ideal candidate will have 2 years of quality experience in manufacturing, strong documentation habits, and a commitment to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree a plus.
• 2 years quality experience in manufacturing/production.
• Attention to detail and proactive documentation.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Punctual with positive attendance history.
• ISO 9001 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with quality policy, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Verifies assembly aligns with internal and customer standards.
• Develops internal documentation and related training.
• Creates inspection build documents for CTQ characteristics.
• Audits build documentation for traveler content and completion.
• Collects standard inspection data for reports.
• Attends meetings with the Quality Manager.
• Ensures control of non-conforming material.
• Interacts professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Executes additional duties as directed by the Quality Manager.
