We are currently seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Inspector (QAI) located in Baltimore, MD and surrounding communities.

Required Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction or equivalent preferred

Certifications

• Not required, but preferred Certifications: ACI, ICC, ACT, NICET or relevant Certification

Required Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in Landside, Vertical, and Facilities construction inspection
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Ability to use Bluebeam, Procore and other relevant tools
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships in a highly engaging manner with client representatives and contractor personnel
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Inspect and review projects during construction to monitor conformance with plans, specifications, and other codes and regulations
• Perform highly complex technical assignments in field construction
• Inspect construction work, track daily quantities, draft daily quality reports, and monitor field tests
• Proficient in performing periodic audits of the contractor’s quality control personnel and procedures
• Interact with the contractor’s quality control team to obtain project documentation

Salary

• $40.00 / Hour
