Job description

As we are entering a new phase of growth and excitement in North America, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector and Auditor to join the team, based in Olive Branch, MS. Reporting to the KNA Manufacturing Production Director, the key accountabilities of the role include:

  • Conduct product audits on farming machines to evaluate and ensure delivery quality, followed by conducting random inspections of delivered and assembled parts on the production line for accuracy, completeness, functionality, dimensional accuracy, and surface quality.
  • Review and verify machine documents and specifications, through each stage of the process; as well as reviewing technical documentation for completeness.
  • Inspect electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic components on the product according to drawings, work instructions, and functionality, resulting in the ability to perform visual inspections of completed machines for functionality, completeness, safety, and appearance.
  • Initiate complaint handling procedures by considering warranty and claim entitlements and complete the process by creating defect reports and complaints.
  • Present and discuss audit results in audit review meetings, collaborating with relevant teams to initiate troubleshooting measures, including tracking corrective actions.
  • Participation in Establishment and development of quality management
