Job summary

Greenworks in Morristown, TN is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to inspect components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. The role involves testing with inspection tools, reporting defects, and maintaining documentation.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in manufacturing, be able to read specs and drawings, and possess strong attention to detail and teamwork. This is an on-site, full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Quality inspection or quality assurance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform testing and quality checks using various measuring and inspection tools.
• Identify defects and quality concerns and communicate findings to production and leadership teams.
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the manufacturing process.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
