- Main Purpose: Ensure Quality and Food Safety metrics during distribution and Transportation processes at the Distribution Centers across US.
Position Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Degree: Technical Degree or High School or relevant experience (Minimum)
- Experience: Data bases; Microsoft Office; Skills for use measuring equipment and special meters; Technical skills in Quality Control / Assurance, desiderable in Produce
- Language: Bilingual required
Key Job Accountabilities (3-5)
- Conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required inspections to the product to his/her supervisor.
- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
- Approve finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
- Accomplish quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Continuously inspect and audit trucks and warehouse good practices (as FIFO, segregation) and conditions.

- Inspect, test, and sampleproduct – Always – Rejection and customer complaints reports
- Create reports about the product evaluations – Always – Shelf life test results
- Audit process and product in specific areas – Weekly – GH Audits
- Audit the quality and food safety (Good manufacturing and warehouse practices) of the site. – Daily – internal Audits
