Nextek, Inc. is seeking a QA Inspector for the 2nd shift to visually inspect SMT and through-hole assemblies and ensure conformance to IPC Class II & III standards.

The role includes performing process quality audits, requiring IPC-610 knowledge, ability to work under a microscope, and a high school diploma; prior auditing experience and soldering are a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IPC-A-610.
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
• Experience auditing process activities.
• Soldering experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect SMT and through-hole assemblies for conformance to IPC Class II & III quality standards
• Process quality audits. Knowledge of IPC-610 standards (if not currently certified, will be responsible for completing training to become certified).

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of IPC-A-610
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time

Experience/Education/Training Requirements

• Experience with auditing process activities
• Soldering experience a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 Years Experience In Electronics Manufacturing Environment
