Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider delivering logistics excellence across consumer products and industries. The QA Inspector role ensures product quality in a fast-paced warehouse by performing inspections, monitoring processes, and supporting production operations in line with safety and quality standards.

You will work with Operations and Quality leadership to meet customer specifications, drive continuous improvement, and maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Attention to detail with ability to spot differences.
• Quality-focused mindset and commitment to meeting customer expectations.
• Strong problem-solving to identify root causes and support corrective actions.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook and data entry.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying material quantities.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.
• Preferred experience in fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environments.
• Preferred familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP).
• Knowledge of quality standards or continuous improvement methodologies (ISO, Lean, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Meet daily quality inspection goals for assigned programs.
• Perform work accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Ensure orders meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and service-level expectations.
• Record inspection results using appropriate systems and documentation.
• Identify, document, and elevate quality issues, non-conforming materials, and process risks.
• Assist with disposition of non-conforming materials per established procedures.
• Support QMS compliance activities, including data entry, CARs, and non-conformance investigations.
• Verify use of approved materials, documentation, and quality control procedures throughout production.
• Perform batch record reviews and coordinate issues with Leads, Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with shipping activities, receiving inspections, and other operational support as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality leadership on production planning, quality objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description

YOUR TASKS

• Ensure orders are completed on time and meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and service-level expectations.
• Perform inspections and record results using appropriate systems and documentation.

• Assist with the control, processing, and disposition of non-conforming materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Support QMS compliance activities, including data entry, CARs, and non-conformance investigations.

• Perform batch record reviews and coordinate issues with Leads, Managers, and cross-functional teams.
