Job summary

Fusion Business Solutions (P) Limited in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to support incoming, in-process, and final inspections of sheet-metal parts, machined components, and electro-mechanical assemblies. You will verify dimensions and review drawings and GD&T to ensure products meet customer and industry standards.

You will document inspection results, identify defects, and support corrective actions to maintain quality across manufacturing workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing quality inspection experience.
• Strong ability to read drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools.
• Experience with CMM, Fabrivision, or other vision-based inspection systems a plus.
• Experience with mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100 environments a plus.
