Job summary

Arrow Exterminators seeks a Sentricon Quality Assurance Manager to train service centers, provide technical support, and ensure quality control in the field. The role partners with senior leadership to deliver superior customer service while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will spend substantial time in the field with service professionals, conduct inspections, QA reviews, and coordinate training. Overnight travel is required to support multiple centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.

Responsibilities

• Provide field training, evaluation, and reporting for Sentricon service professionals.
• Conduct service center inspections quarterly or as assigned.
• Perform Quality Assurance Reviews on completed service, installations, calls, and removals.
• Schedule New Employee Training and Direct Training for staff.
• Create and maintain understanding of target goals and incentive plans.
• Provide classroom and field training to groups of varying sizes.
• Maintain a Training Spreadsheet with dates of training for QA reviews and trainings.
• Assist Operations with safety compliance and vehicle inspections.
• Support Service Protocol design and implementation with leadership.
