Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with strong SQL, Python, Playwright automation skills and hands‑on cloud/data engineering exposure! This role validates data workflows, analyzes data pipelines, executes automation tests, and supports the engineering team in troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated tests using Playwright
• Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts for validation
• Validate data flows, ETL logs, notebook jobs, and pipeline statuses
• Work within Azure / GCP / Databricks environments
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot and improve data integrity
• Provide QA execution, reporting, defect triage, and production validation
• Participate in release preparation and testing support

Required Skills & Experience

• 3‑5 years of QA/DE experience
• Expert SQL and Python
• Automation experience using Playwright
• 1–2 years of experience supporting cloud platforms (Azure / GCP required)
• Familiarity with Databricks / notebook execution and validation
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Understanding of ETL/ELT, Data Engineering workflows, or pipeline monitoring (advanced pipeline building not required)
