The ideal candidate will have hands-on manufacturing experience, strong blueprint-reading skills, and the ability to identify and resolve quality issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or quality engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Experience with 3D modeling and Siemens NX.
• Knowledge of 8D problem-solving, Built-in Quality, and Management of Change.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and support quality assurance procedures and standards.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to identify manufacturing defects and process issues.
• Interpret engineering blueprints and drawings to verify product specifications.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and reports.
• Support 5S initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Analyze quality data and assist with problem‑solving and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and procedures.
