Job summary

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer in Grand Rapids, MN to partner with manufacturing, engineering and supply chain teams to drive quality excellence and ensure our products meet the highest standards.

You will analyze data, investigate process failures, implement corrective actions, and contribute to MRB activities while promoting proactive problem solving and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 3+ years in QA/ manufacturing.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of QA tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve quality systems across production and engineering operations.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead corrective action plans and MRB activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality and productivity.
• Develop and report quality performance metrics and KPIs.
